When we went to Boracay I spent Php5000 for the Asian Spirit, but now you can avail of Cebu Pacific or Zest Air Promos for travel Lite.

Upon arrival at Caticlan Airport, we got our bags and met with my aunt and cousin (who is living in Caticlan) who were waiting for our arrival. My cousin Jonah, will be our guide going to Boracay Island and he also arranged the house that we would be staying during the duration of our trip. We rode a tricycle from the airport to the port. From the port, we rode a boat going to boracay island which is about 15 minutes, I think. Then, upon arrival to boracay island, we went to the lodging house by jeep. For the lodging room, we spent Php1500/night for the 2 rooms. It has aircon, hot/cold shower, TV w/ cable, 2 beds for each room, and fridge. If you are planning to spend most of the day outside doing activities, I advice that you rent Nipa houses or no-aircon rooms. This is if you are on a tight budget.

For activities, you can go island hopping, we spent 600 for a whole day island hopping activity inclusive of snorkling gears for 4 snorkling areas, entrance fee to Crystal Cove and an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT buffet lunch.
We also did Reef Walking that cost Php1500. There are also other activities such as banana boat ride, jet ski, etc.

The food are delicious especially during dinner time. Fresh seafoods are cook wle you chat with your friends. There are also bars, disco and some night performances. Souvenirs, you can find a lot of different “Pasalubong” from t-shirts to anklets. There are also henna tattoos and personalized gifts.

While in Aklan, try to visit Hurom Hurom, it has cold spring water which is relaxing.

We went to Tagaytay last May and stayed at “Keni Po”. We spent 1500 for an overnight stay because it was a holiday. They have lower rates for regular weekdays. Keni Po is really a nice place to stay, its worth every penny. It has a cozy room and has really soft and comfortable bed. The comfort room is clean and it has hot water. The staff are very kind and patient. If you just wake up and got hungry, you can order food and have it sent in your room. It also has a pool and a mini garden at the back.

If you dont want to stay overnight, you can do these activities even for 1 day.
Visit Picnic Groove, we tried of course the Zip Line. Since it is holiday we paid Php300 for a two way ride and additional 100 for the pictures. I was afraid at first but in the end it was fun. Ropeway, we did not try it because it is not as exciting as Zipline. Horse Backriding, biking and kite flying activities are also available. Of course, you have to eat in Picnic Groove.

In the Palace of the Sky, mostly we took pictures and went sight-seeing of the place so I think we only stayed there for 30 minutes.

Also visit Bag of Beans, and you can buy cheap goods in Olivarez Market. There are also some offers to go to Taal Volcano but it is a little expensive so I have not tried it yet.

This is one way to spend your weekend with love ones without spending too much but still enjoy it.

Then my boyfriend told me about this Windows 7  that his brother is using (Well they had the trial version) and I got curious. They said that it was like Windows Vista only better and with smaller requirements.

 I was able to use the trial version for around 1 week and it was working OK with Vista drivers for acers. Then I got hold of the RC7100 release and it was also working OK except that it restarts every 2 hours because of memory dump.  Finally, got a hold of the 1st official release of Windows 7 for 64-bit, there is also 32-bit installers. No more memory dump and it is better than Vista with respects to its apperance, gui, faster performance and it was easy to install.  Although I can say that with regards perfomance XP is still better but I’m satisfied with Windows 7 now. I think I will stick it to a little longer and see what happens.

I did’nt know when it started but it just did. I Dont know if I allowed it to happen, or I just lost the so called “amor” to that person. I still talk to him/her but not as jolly as before, hmmm.. I think I treat him/her more like of the civil way. Theres no more compassion, interest or anything close to that, which is not like me. I like being with my friends/barkada and I dont normally lose those. So I’m spending a lot of times thinking “why?”. Maybe I have thought of an answer or answers but I dont seem to accept that it is the cause and it is hard to believe that because of that I am willing to lose a long time friend and it annoys me evenmore.

 Its supposed to be a story pero ito ung summary nun, well personally I dont know how to make a sand castle pero malamang mahirap yun. In the story, the sand castle is compared to a relationship either friendship or love relationship, magbibigay ka ng effort para mabuo, magtagal, maging maganda.

 Sa sand castle tubig ang medium mo para mabuo, sa isang relationship kelangan mo ng trust para maging matatag. Ang mga challenges at ang influence ng mga taong nasa paligid siguro ang masasabi kong wave na pwedeng sumira sa isang relasyon. Paano kung ang castle na pinoprotektahan mo ay nasira una, dahil sa hinayaan mo na lang na tangayin ito ng alon at di mo man lang hinarangan.

Pangalawa, pwede din naman na ang mismong kasama mo sa pagbuo ng castle ang naghagis nito sa dagat. Pangatlo, nagsawa ka na lang, napagod ka na dahil kahit anong gawin mo lumalapit pa rin ang castle mo sa wave at nagpapasira. Kung paano mo mahahayaan ang isang bagay na mahalaga sayo at matagal mong pinaghirapan na protektahan na masira lang ng mga waves ng buhay at di mo na susubukang buuin ulit ay pagsuko, isang reyalisasyon sa buhay na kahit anong gawin mo ay di na mababago lalo na kung ang pinakapundasyon ay nasira na. Isang uri rin ng pagbabago sa buhay na dapat nating tanggapin gusto man natin o hindi. Kung ang takot mo naman na masaktan ang hahayaan mong kumain sa pagkatao mo, isa iyong kawalang saysay na kaisipan. Kung gusto mong pagkatiwalaan ka dapat ibigay mo rin iyon sa taong hinihingian mo.

A Creed To Live: Don’t undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different that each of us is special. Don’t set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you. Don’t take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as you would your life, for without them life is meaningless. Don’t shut love out of your life by saying it’s impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give love. The fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly; And the best way to keep love is to give it wings. Don’t dismiss your dreams. To be without dreams is to be without hope; to be without hope is to be without purpose. Don’t run through life so fast that you forget not only where you’ve been, but also where you’re going. Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored each step of the way.
